- ➤ MSU hockey beat Michigan 5 — 2 in the Duel in the D contest at Little Caesar’s Arena. The Spartans built an early lead, secured first in Big Ten play, and will take a bye week ahead of games against Notre Dame, Ohio State and Minnesota. The State News
