- ➤ Wharton Center will premiere Sandra Seaton’s one-woman play, Sally: A Solo Play, at the Pasant Theater from Feb. 19-21. The performance stars Sabrina Sloan (Hamilton alum), and the play explores Sally Hemings’ struggle to secure better treatment for her sons. Lansing State Journal

- ➤ MSU gymnastics beat Maryland and Western Michigan at Jenison Fieldhouse with a 197.250 score — their second-highest of the season. The team will face No. 19 Ohio State next Saturday, Feb. 21. The State News
- ➤ Michigan women’s basketball team swept MSU 86-65 after a dominant second quarter shifted momentum + forcing turnovers and exposing injury concerns among the Spartans. The loss deepened season challenges as the team prepares for upcoming games. The State News
- ➤ On Saturday, Feb. 15, MSU's women's basketball team reflected on its loss to Michigan as Kennedy Blair (a key player) and coach Robyn Fralick discussed the game and plans to improve. They said the team would study their play for a stronger comeback. Lansing State Journal
