  • On Saturday, over 70 neighbors participated in the Couple Shuffle at Adado Park to promote health and relationships. The race welcomed both married + single participants, who braved chilly weather and received plush sloths at the finish line.  FOX 47
  • Young men built life skills today at the Suited 4 Success event at Lansing Mall in Delta Township, where they learned tie tying, dining etiquette, and social skills to boost confidence, and organizers plan to offer the program again next year.  FOX 47

  • Sheetz has proposed a second Lansing-area store at 3815 W. St. Joseph St in Lansing Township, and with planning commission support, construction could begin this year if approved by the Board of Trustees (a store in East Lansing is set to open in 2027).  WJIM AM

  • MSU held off Ohio State 66 to 60 as key players stepped up late — the defense made crucial stops at the Breslin Center. The Spartans now prepare for a road trip to Purdue on Thursday.  WJIM AM
  • The No. 16 Spartans played No. 23 Minnesota in a Big Ten road finale on Sunday, Feb. 22 at 6 p.m. as fans watched on FS1 with Kelsi Kasper and Sydney Parrish calling the game.  Lansing State Journal
  • The Michigan State women's basketball team beat Minnesota 75-61 on Sunday, Feb. 22, with Jalyn Brown scoring 20 points and Kennedy Blair adding 18, helping the Spartans improve to a 22-6 record.  Lansing State Journal
  • MSU beat Ohio State 66-60 on Sunday after a slow first half, improving its record to 22-5 and holding on to fifth place in the Big Ten. The team will face No. 7 Purdue at Mackey Arena on Thursday (Feb. 26) at 8:00 p.m.  The State News
  • Today, the MHSAA boys basketball tournament begins in Greater Lansing with top East Lansing and Waverly teams competing in the Division 1 district hosted by Waverly.
