- ➤ Tenuki's Trading Post is moving into the former Blue Owl Coffee space in Old Town Lansing and will reopen today, offering anime, manga and Japanese pop culture collectibles. - ➤ Michigan State Police brought their TEAMS school liaison program into Eaton Rapids classrooms on Thursday, training officers by engaging with students during real lessons. School leaders said the program built confidence in both officers and students and plan to bring it back next year. FOX 47
- ➤ Voters in Ingham County will decide on a nearly $100 million special education bond in two months to fund updates and new construction for special needs. The measure will raise the tax rate by over half a mill, costing a median home about $42 per year. FOX 47

- ➤ On March 5, Lansing officials evicted seven former camp residents from the Causeway Bay Lansing Hotel for not meeting self-improvement rules under a court settlement, and the city said alternative shelter placements were offered while advocates claim some residents are penalized despite job and housing progress.
