- ➤ New Jersey-based Bubbakoo's Burritos will open its second Michigan location this summer at a 1,500-square-foot storefront on E-Saginaw St, serving burritos, tacos and its unique Chiwawa. The restaurant will offer take-out and seating for about 20 people and may expand if its service meets local expectations. Lansing State Journal
ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ In 2023, Michigan farmers produced more squash, asparagus, and cherries than any other state and ranked in the top 10 for 27 crop categories. The USDA report shows they also grew extra crops like honey, eggs, and bell peppers — highlighting the state’s strong agricultural output. Lansing State Journal
