- ➤ The nonprofit Freetail Store will close on March 31 and its sister organization Capital Area Diaper Bank is looking for a new location after both groups declined to renew their lease at the Lansing Mall because rising rent made staying too costly—Linda Karl said reduced access to free diapers could hurt local families. The diaper bank, which distributed over 350,000 diapers last year, may struggle to serve many in Ingham County. WKAR

- ➤ No.8 MSU gymnastics ended their season with a 24-4 record after a historic run of being in the top 10 every week, winning key meets at Jenison Field House (their final regular season event) and at the Big Ten Championships (where several gymnasts earned honors). - ➤ After beating Ohio State 4-3 in double overtime, Michigan State hockey earned its second consecutive NCAA Tournament spot as the No. 2 overall seed and will face Cornell at Huntington Center in Toledo on March 27 at 5:30 p.m.—the win secured their top regional seeding. The State News
- ➤ Michigan State beat New Mexico 71 to 63 on Sunday night as the Spartans advanced to the Sweet 16 — the second time in three seasons with key plays from junior forward Frankie Fidler and senior guard Jaden Akins.
