- ➤ Tribar Technologies, a Michigan technology manufacturer, announced that it will lay off 188 employees at its Wixom location — the layoffs will start on June 8. WJIM AM

- ➤ Michigan gardeners can help local bees by planting native flowers that give bees food and shelter—experts say the steps are key as bee numbers fall from habitat loss and other threats.
