- ➤ MACOTTA Club, the planned food incubator to host six restaurants in downtown Lansing, is canceled because it did not secure enough private funding — costs doubled from $4 million to over $8 million in three years. Lansing State Journal
- ➤ Smokey Bones abruptly closed its Eastwood Towne Center restaurant at 2401 Lake Lansing Road. The location, which opened in 2004 as the last Smokey Bones in the area, shut down due to FAT Brands’ downsizing efforts. Stacks 92.1
