- ➤ Two teens have been charged after a 26 year old man was shot in the arm during a Saturday robbery in Lansing, with a 16 year old facing charges of assault with intent to commit great bodily harm (to be tried as an adult) and a 17 year old charged with carrying a concealed weapon while police search for a third suspect as the victim remains stable after treatment at a nearby hospital near S. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and Pierce Rd. WLNS
- ➤ After a violent weekend with four shootings in Lansing, community groups Advanced Peace and Mikey23 Foundation worked with police at shooting sites and hospitals — supporting victims and urging adults to open new dialogues with youth to break the cycle of gun violence. FOX 47

- ➤ Energy experts advise residents to set their thermostats to 78 degrees and raise the setting when away as temperatures are expected to hit the mid to upper 90s this week in Michigan.
