- ➤ The 2025 Lansing Model Train Show and Sale took place Sunday, Nov 9 at Farm Bureau Pavilion where the Lansing Model Railroad Club hosted Michigan's largest train event with over 500 tables and 9 layouts. The fundraiser celebrating the club's 50th year attracted more than 3,000 visitors and vendors from the state and Canada. The State News

- ➤ A Lansing resident is fighting a Consumers Energy plan to install a 12-inch natural gas line at Fenner Nature Center and Evergreen Cemetery that will remove 24 trees and could later allow historic trees to be cut—City Council will review the easement agreement on Nov. 12.
