ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Twelve of the 13 injured in last week's street racing crash on South Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard were released from the hospital while one remains in critical condition and no arrests have been made—city officials are evaluating increased patrols to curb street racing. ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Michigan Environmental Council is planning to put changes to the bottle bill on the 2026 ballot—aiming to add more returnable containers and revise how unredeemed deposits fund recycling.
