- ➤ Lansing Bike Co-op gave away over 120 free bicycles Saturday at the Allen Neighborhood Center, fitting helmets + safety gear with support from volunteers. - ➤ Michigan farmers cannot spread or transfer manure from January until March 19 as ordered by EGLE to help protect waterways by reducing runoff (a rule that changes old winter practices). WJIM AM
